Are you ready to start working with patients? If so our Nursing Assistant program may be just what you are looking for! The program can be completed in just one semester. As a CNA you will work directly with the nursing staff to provide direct patient care. CNA’s work in hospitals, long-term care centers, private homes, and rehabilitation centers.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in your field of interest. Securing a position as a CNA while pursuing a Nursing Degree will add to your resume and increase your chances of being hired within that facility when you graduate. If you decide not to pursue a career in Nursing you can expect to make anywhere between $10 - $14 an hour as a CNA. The state NA certification exam is conveniently offered at the CNM Main Campus. Prior to the exam, our faculty members will help you study by hosting review sessions.
