The Information Technology Services (ITS) Department provides the CNM community with superior customer service and reliable, secure, high-quality technology resources to meet the diverse needs of the College. ITS is committed to establishing and promoting trust, integrity, honesty, and respect throughout CNM. 

Alemba Self-Service Portal

You may submit a request to the ITS Department using the email address or call (505) 224-HELP or submit a request online via the Alemba Self-Service Portal at Log in using your CNM email and password to open and manage requests and search helpful knowledge articles.

Technology Services and Training Center

In-Person Support

Monday - Friday
8 a.m. to noon

The Technology Service and Training Center (TSTC) is located on Main Campus in the Student Resource Center, Room 109 is available for in-person support and questions without an appointment. 

  • Open during Fall, Spring, and Summer terms.
  • Closed during breaks and intersession.

Remote Support

Monday - Friday
8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Students, faculty, and staff are invited to join live remote sessions with the CNM Technology Services and Training Center (TSTC). TSTC specialists will answer your questions and provide support on various remote collaborative technologies.

CNM's Wireless Network

Students, faculty, and staff may connect to the CNM_TLS wi-fi when on any of CNM's campuses. To connect, go to, and select I have a CNM ID. Follow the steps to download and install SecureW2, an app that automatically connects to the wi-fi when you are within range. 

Staying Safe Online

Cybercrimes are prevalent during vulnerable times:

  • Do not click any email link that asks you to provide personal information or to wire money.
  • CNM will never ask you for your login credentials (username and password) in an email.
  • If you’re suspicious of an email, select the Report Phish button in Outlook
