CNM Food Pantry in Need of Volunteers

Help stock and distribute fresh produce and canned goods to students every Wednesday during the Summer Term.

Volunteer shifts are available on Wednesdays in the morning and afternoon.

Food Pantry

The CNM Foundation funds CNM's food pantry that provides food to CNM students.

Any CNM student in need is encouraged to stop by and pick up a bag of fresh fruits, vegetables, and non-perishable items. Students just need a CNM ID and can fill out an intake form when they arrive.

Fruits and vegetables are provided by MoGro. Non-perishables are provided by Road Runner Food Bank.

Personal Hygiene Donations

We are currently accepting donations for personal hygiene items.

 The Food Pantry is currently in need of:

  • Toothbrushes/Toothpaste
  • Floss
  • Bar Soap
  • Travel-sized Shampoo Bottles
  • Deodorant
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Feminine Hygiene Products

Donations are accepted Monday - Friday at the Main Campus Library front desk during the SRC building’s open hours. We ask that donations be individually packaged. No used items will be accepted.

Monetary donations to CNM’s Feeding Families Fund can be made through the CNM Foundation.

Commodity food boxes, emergency food boxes. Run through the Health and Social Services Centers located in various Albuquerque communities (see web link for phone numbers)

Department of Senior Affairs (City of Albuquerque)

Provides meals at senior centers throughout Bernalillo County. Home-delivered meals available to eligible residents age 60+ who cannot participate at a senior center. Contributions requested.
