Article 8: Non-Discrimination

The parties to this Agreement (the Union and the College) agree that neither the Union nor the College's respective policies or activities will discriminate against any employee based upon race, age, gender, color, national origin, religion, ancestry, marital status, sexual orientation, Union or non-Union affiliation, United States military veterans status or disability.
