Collective Bargaining Agreement for Part-Time Faculty


Part time faculty will be given an opportunity 10 calendar days before students to purchase parking permits for paid on-campus lots.

Each Department Dean shall have the discretion to request up to three Departmental Special Parking Permits per year to assist part-time faculty who receive “last minute” course assignments and experience parking fee encumbrances as a result of the “last minute” assignment.  The Dean or the Dean’s designee shall determine whether a part-time faculty member is eligible to use the Departmental Special Parking Permit.


The parties agree that during the course of this agreement the College will study the feasibility of extending the College’s payroll deduction permit purchase system to part-time faculty. The parties also agree to study the feasibility of developing a system that allows employees to park in multiple lots.
