What Our Team Provides

The BASS team administers a wide variety of enterprise applications for CNM to support our business and academic goals. A small sample of the applications we support includes Salesforce, Brightspace, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Argos, Astra, Alemba, OnBase, Jitterbit, Papercut, and SAS. We are responsible for the installation, administration, maintenance, support, backup, and recovery of these enterprise applications as well as several other more specialized applications. We collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to provide software solutions for their processes, projects, and technical needs. We also coordinate with internal ITS teams at a high technical level to deliver excellent customer service to our functional users across all CNM locations.
