What Our Team Provides
Technology Consultants and ITS Business Analysts partner with the various CNM departments to develop sound strategies and planning of their technological road maps in order to meet desired goals and outcomes in support of CNM’s technological goals and strategic directions.
Technology consultancy is meant to guide project requestors through the phases of the journey to project approval. Once a project request is approved, Technology Consultants transition the approved project to an ITS Project Manager (PM). The Project Manager will see the project through from start to finish ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.
