About Us

The technicians are responsible for all PC and customer-facing endpoints and their management on the CNM network, including CNM-owned and faculty-, staff-,  and student-owned devices.  Desktop Support is also responsible for staffing the Technology Support and Training Center (TSTC).  The TSTC provides in-person service without appointment to all CNM students, staff, and faculty. 

The Desktop Support team continues to hone its skillset by taking on more responsibility with the addition of the Junior System Administrator sub-team.  The Jr. Sys Admins are primarily responsible for virtual desktops and thin clients.
