Privacy Notice

In compliance with the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), only limited information can be provided without verifying your identity.

To share information about your academic record, you will be asked a minimum of three questions to verify your identity.

Online Chat Tips

  • There may be a wait for an available team member.
  • If you have a CNM student ID number please have it available.
  • We appreciate your patience. To avoid going to the end of the queue, please stay connected for the next team member to help you.
  • As a courtesy to other waiting students, please remain engaged in your chat. If there is a long delay in your response time ( 2 or more minutes), the coach may need to close the session to assist other students.
