![]() | The School of Business & Information Technology (BIT), one of the largest instructional divisions at CNM, offers a wide range of academic programs—from the more traditional curricula of Accounting, Business Administration and Computer Information Systems to diverse offerings in Culinary Arts and Hospitality & Tourism. With over 75 full-time faculty members and a large pool of adjunct faculty, BIT offers seasoned instructors and accomplished industry professionals. |
BIT's programs and resources also prepare students for employment through enhancing skills used in the workplace and encouraging participation in diverse lifelong learning opportunities. Instruction ranges from traditional face-to-face classes to distance learning opportunities, to blended and hybrid, which incorporate both face-to-face and online instruction—flexibility to meet the needs of our students.
The School fosters a student-centered learning environment focused on instructional expertise and state of the art technology and many other resources for students with diverse backgrounds, global perspectives and unique aspirations.
The Assistance Centers for Education’s (ACE) Business Resource Center offers a wealth of one-on-one assistance including tutors. Students may also profit from meeting with an achievement coach and belonging to student associations and clubs.
The School of Business & Information Technology (BIT) is accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) and other specialized professional accrediting and approving organizations such as the American Culinary Federation. BIT collaborates with other post-secondary institutions and collaborates with community advisory groups.
