File Storage

ITS provides access to OneDrive and SharePoint for file storage.

    OneDrive

    Everyone with a CNM account has access to 1 TB of storage in the Microsoft OneDrive. If you are eligible, you can use OneDrive storage until you graduate or are no longer enrolled or employed at CNM. 

    In a web browser, go to onedrive.com and log in with your CNM email and password. 

    SharePoint Online is available to CNM faculty and staff to securely store and organize files and information. Access to a department team site requires special permission.

      • Submit a request to the ITS Service Desk for access.
