The School of Business, Hospitality & Technology is one of the largest instructional divisions at CNM.

We offer a wide range of academic programs from the more traditional curricula of Accounting, Business Administration and Computer Information Systems to diverse offerings in Beverage Production & Management, Culinary Arts, and Hospitality & Tourism. Many of our programs are approved for specialized professional accreditation.

Faculty, staff and programs provide opportunities for students to build business careers and become successful professionals. We offer certificates and associate degree programs as well as training for professional development and workforce education. Our 2+2 programs are readily transferable to a 4-year institution. Students may also enroll in programs that support industry credentials such as Network, A+, and CCNA. Courses are scheduled at most campuses.

With more than 75 full-time faculty members and a large pool of adjunct faculty. The School of Business, Hospitality & Technology offers seasoned instructors and accomplished industry professionals.

Our programs and resources also prepare students for employment through enhancing skills used in the workplace and encouraging participation in diverse lifelong learning opportunities.  Instruction ranges from traditional face-to-face classes to distance learning opportunities, to blended and hybrid, which incorporate both face-to-face and online instruction—flexibility to meet the needs of our students.

The school fosters a student-centered learning environment focused on instructional expertise and state of the art technology and many other resources for students with diverse backgrounds, global perspectives and unique aspirations.

We are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) and other specialized professional accrediting and approving organizations such as the American Culinary Federation. The School of Business, Hospitality & Technology collaborates with other post-secondary institutions and collaborates with community advisory groups.
