CNM Student Hold Codes

Holds prevent a student from completing an action, such as registration, enrollment, graduation, and more. Each hold will have a code associated with it so that students can take the appropriate action to remove the hold. 

Understanding and Removing Holds

The drop downs below list the hold codes along with descriptions, a list of actions that are impacted by the hold, and the contact information you'll need to remove the hold.

Codes A - C

AD

  • Description: Admissions
  • Actions Impacted: Registration, Transcripts, Graduation, Grades

  • Description: Teacher Licensure Graduation Hold
  • Actions Impacted: Graduation
