Where Can Your GED Take You?
Earning your GED or HiSET can open the door to new educational and career opportunities. Many students use the HSE program as a pathway to:
- Career training programs
- College certificates
- Associate degrees
- Better job opportunities
- Personal and professional goals
Completing your high school equivalency is more than earning a credential. It's an investment in your future.
You don't have to go back to high school to move forward. CNM's HSE program helps you prepare for the GED or HiSET while strengthening the skills you'll use in college, training programs, and the workplace. You'll study the subjects covered on the exam, including:
- Language Arts
- Math
- Science
- Social Studies
Before you enroll, you'll complete a placement assessment so you can start in classes that match your current skill level. Based on your results, you may be encouraged to take classes in multiple subject areas to build a strong foundation for success.
You can choose from online or in-person classes offered at multiple CNM campuses. Online classes allow you to learn on your own schedule while meeting course requirements and learning goals.
Spanish instruction is available for High School Equivalency language arts and math courses, helping more students prepare for success.
As you refresh your skills and make progress toward your GED or HiSET, you'll gain confidence and take meaningful steps toward a stronger future.
