The SFI Café, a new partnership between CNM and SFI, is both a café with scrumptious treats and a business incubator for current and former culinary students who have started their own businesses, as well as other small, local startups. The café is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Fridays 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. In addition to the small businesses, the Street Food Institute also provides a menu of grab-and-go items, and a “Hot Bar” Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
