Don't Forget to Vote on Bond C
Click here to view a video on the Higher Education Bond C Committee’s website with a message from President Winograd about what the bond would do for CNM.
If Bond C passes during the General Election, it would provide $119.4 million for facility improvements at public colleges and universities across the state. CNM would receive $10.5 million that would be used to improve learning environments for students and faculty, position CNM to reduce its energy costs and provide much-needed renovations to aging facilities at Main Campus and the South Valley Campus. Main Campus would receive long overdue upgrades to the aged science labs in the L Building. The South Valley Campus would also receive improvements to its oldest building – the former Pajarito Elementary School that houses classrooms.
CNM and institutions across the state are in great need of repairs and improvements to facilities in order to provide the high quality educational experience New Mexicans deserve.
